大人社会がハラスメントに塗れている。
ハラスメントなどと言い換えているが昔からある差別・いじめである。
民族差別・女性差別・障害者差別。
明治維新の文明開化を経ても「同和」問題なども残存している。
東須磨小学校の職員室に「いじめ」が存在しても「さもありなん」不思議なことではない。
むしろ学校にだけ「いじめが在ってはならない」という思い込みが間違いである。
子供のいじめ問題。
大人社会のいじめが子供社会に反映しているだけだ。
大人社会全体で解決する為に取り組むべき問題を「教師バッシング・学校バッシング・教育委員会バッシング」に終始してきた。
この世論・風潮が数十年経っても「いじめ犯罪」を解決出来ない根幹である。
不祥事に揺れるTBS　共同通信。
ＴＢＳクイズ番組『東大王』のチーフディレクターが10月1日付けで制作局から総合編成室への異動を命じられた。
局内でも理由は開示されていない。彼は今年8月のロケで問題を起こした。“懲罰人事”である。
人気ドキュメンタリー番組「クレイジージャーニー」における“暴行事件”やヤラセ問題、「消えた天才」での映像加工問題など不祥事が相次ぐTBS。
佐々木卓社長は9月17日に全社員を集めて緊急集会を開き、社を挙げて再発防止と信頼回復に取り組むことを誓った。
昨年、佐々木氏が社長に就任して以来、TBSは法令遵守にくわえ、社内のハラスメントにも厳しく対応していく姿勢を打ち出した。集会では、社長自ら問題が起きた経緯を詳しく説明し、『放送局にとって視聴者の信頼こそが命』と呼びかけた。
その最中に、またしても人気番組に関わるTBSの社員が不祥事を起こしていたことが明らかになった。
「東大王」といえば現役の東大生チームと芸能人チームが“頭脳バトル”を繰り広げる人気クイズバラエティ。
東大王の不祥事。
問題が起きたのは、今年9月11日に放送された「ハワイ修学旅行編」のロケでのことだった。
東大生チームが芸能人チームに10連勝した“ご褒美”と、東大王・伊沢拓司の番組卒業祝いを兼ねた特番で、ハワイでのロケは8月23日から25日まで2泊3日で行なわれた。
その最中にチーフディレクターは宿泊先のホテルに20代の女性ADを呼び出し、密室で不適切な行為に及んだ。
2人きりになった部屋でチーフディレクターはADに関係を迫り、彼女は拒みながらも彼の気持ちを静めるために上半身だけ裸になった。
派遣会社から来た立場の弱い彼女はチーフディレクターに逆らうことができなかった。
事態を把握したTBSはチーフディレクターを事情聴取。彼は自宅謹慎を命じられ10月1日付けで制作局からの異動を命じられた。
移動処分の後は「テレビ局のお家芸」隠蔽である。
出演者にトラブルの内容は知らされていない。局内でも事情を把握している社員はほとんどいない。
オンエアされた番組のクレジットにもチーフディレクターの名前は表記されたままで、外部に問題が漏れないようひっそり処分が下された。
セクハラ男はバラエティ番組での仕事ぶりには定評があり、『東大王』には途中からディレクターとして参加。ＴＢＳが制作する映画の監督を務めるなど将来を嘱望された有能な社員だったという。
「芸人と親交が深く、後輩からも慕われる人格者だったのですが。」という証言もある。
事件を起こした人物をかばい立てするのは腐った組織の常とう手段である。
テレビ朝日「報道ステーション」でもチーフプロデューサーが女子アナの部屋に上がり込み、わいせつ行為に及んでいる。
今日、権力の腐敗は第四権力で最も深刻である。
第四権力の腐敗はテレビ局に極まっている。
品性下劣なわいせつ男でないとチーフの位置に立てないようだ。
チーフが立場を利用して若い女性に性的な無理強いを強いる。
正真正銘の「いじめ」である。
上層部が腐れば若手も腐る。
TBSが公にしていない不祥事はこれだけではない。
今年8月下旬、『東大王』にADとして関わったこともある若手社員がタクシー運転手とトラブルを起こし、警視庁管内で逮捕されている。ＡＤは運転手に暴言を吐いた上、運転席と後部座席を仕切るアクリル板を引き剥がし、走行中に路上に投げ捨てた。
悪質な行為だが、被害者側と“示談”が取り交わされ、すぐに釈放されているため特段の処分は無かった。
ＡＤは東大出身で、幹部が期待を寄せるエリート社員。
ＡＤの“逮捕”についてTBSはこう回答。
「暴行の事実はありません。この事案は、相手の方とお話し合いの上、解決したものと承知しております」。
過去、報道番組・ワイドショーで「タクシーの客が運転者に暴行を加える」事件は映像が晒され、「暴力はあってはならない」と報じられる。
ＴＢＳの社員の暴行であれば、事件が無かったことにされる。
報道番組・ワイドショーのキャスター・司会者・コメンテーター。
坂上忍・立川志らく・梅沢富美男・カンニング竹山、など「怒り芸・キレ芸」で世相を斬るという芸風が主流だが。
テレビ局の不祥事・犯罪には皆一様に口をつぐむ。
テレビは「真実を報道し権力を監視する」ジャーナリズムの志を喪失している。
身内の不祥事の隠蔽に必死である。
報道番組・ワイドショーが「いじめ犯罪」で教師・学校・教育委員会バッシングを行う時、「高みから人様を非難できる立場かね」と疑ってかかるのが賢明である。
１３日早朝、千曲川流域の住宅地を氾濫した濁流が襲っている。
建物の一階部は水に浸かっており、避難できる状態ではない。
年間の降水量の４割が一晩で降った夜、１０００ミリを超えた地域もある。
１２日夜、民放放送局は台風情報を伝えず、通常放送だった。
フジテレビは心霊番組を放映していた。
ＮＨＫをスクランブル放送にして受信料を拒否する者には見せなければ良いという論者もいる。
Ｎ国の立花を選挙に当選させた論者たちである。
１２日の夜、「命を守る行動を取ってください」と呼びかけ続けたのはＮＨＫだけだった。
明日以降、民放各局のワイドショーは「災害時のメディアの役割」を、どう伝えるだろう。
民放放送局が「台風情報・避難勧告・避難警告」を行わず、「通常営業で商売最優先」の選択をしたのは逃れようのない事実である。
民放放送局による台風被災者いじめである。
反省できるか。
