米インフルエンザを報じぬヒステリックマスコミの偏向報道

朝日新聞。
新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎が広がっている問題で、中国国家衛生健康委員会は４日、死者が湖北省で前日の集計から６４人増え、中国本土で４２５人に達したと発表した。感染者数は３２００人以上増え、２万４３８人になった。
一方、タイ保健省は４日、新たに国内で６人の感染が確認され、うち２人が日本への渡航歴のあるタイ人の夫婦だったと発表した。訪日した時期や日本での訪問先、訪日前から感染していた可能性などの詳細は明らかにしていない。
香港当局は同日、新型肺炎に感染した香港人の男性（３９）が死亡したと明らかにした。中国本土以外での死者は、フィリピンに次いで２人目。（北京＝平井良和、バンコク＝乗京真知）。
■１０日で巨大病院建設も「焼け石に水」。
新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎が最初に発生し、猛威を振るう中国・湖北省武漢市。政府は患者の受け入れ態勢の強化を急ぐが、感染者の増加に追いついていないようだ。
電話取材に応じた市内の女性によると、５０代のおじは先月３１日に新型肺炎の感染が確認されたが、ベッドが足りず４日になっても入院できないでいる。
武漢市内の大学に勤める女性も「病院に行くたびに、たくさんの人がいるのを見る」と証言する。
政府は武漢市で、新型肺炎の患者を専門に受け入れる二つの病院を突貫工事で建設。２日、病床数１千の火神山病院が完成し、５日には１６００床の雷神山病院が完成予定だ。
だが、それすらも「焼け石に水」という現状がある。
市当局によると、３日夜の時点で新型肺炎の患者を受け入れている病院は２８カ所。火神山病院も含め、統計上の病床数は計８１９９だが、すでに使用されているベッド数は計８２７９床に上る。廊下やロビーに簡易ベッドを用意して患者を受け入れている病院が複数あり、現場はすでにパンク状態にある。

日本で新型コロナウイルス感染者の半数は潜伏期間中の患者から感染したという研究結果が出た。北海道大学の西浦博教授（理論疫学）は４日、東京・日本外国特派員協会で行われた記者会見で「新型コロナウイルスの感染者の２人に１人が発熱などの症状がない潜伏期間中の感染者からうつった」と明らかにした。
これは中国・ベトナムなどが公開した５２人の新型コロナウイルス感染者データを分析した結果だ。研究チームは発症した時期に注目した。１人の感染者の発症後、この患者から感染した他の患者が発症するまでの期間を綿密に追跡したと毎日新聞が５日付けの記事で報じた。
新型コロナウイルス発生地の中国湖北省武漢の事情とは異なり、全体的な致死率は低いことが分かった。西浦教授はこの日、「実際の致死率は０．３～０．６％水準」とし「過度な封じ込め対策ではなく、一部の重症患者のための医療態勢の整備に注力すべきだ」と主張した。研究チームによると、武漢から帰国した日本人の感染率などで推算した結果、確認された感染者は全体の９％程度だった。このデータを用いて算出した結果、全体の感染者の致死率は０．３％～０．６％と予想されるということだ。
先に世界保健機関（ＷＨＯ）が発表した致死率２％よりも低い数値だ。２００２年～２００３年に大流行していたＳＡＲＳ（重症急性呼吸器疾患）の致死率は９．６％だった。
中国当局が明らかにした武漢地区の致死率は４．９％と相対的に高い。これに関してＮＨＫは専門家の見解を引用し、「武漢では軽症の患者がカウントされておらず致死率は見かけ以上高くなっているとみられる」と４日に報道した。武漢を除く中国全土の致死率は０．８％水準だ。
西浦教授は「健康な成人の場合、適切な治療を受ければ死亡する確率はほとんどないレベル」とし「基礎疾患のあるリスクが高い人々のための対策が重要」と述べた。
◇ＡＩ研究で患者６万人と予測＝中国・清華大学の人工知能（ＡＩ）の研究チームは中国内の新型コロナウイルスの患者数が今月末までに６万人に達すると予想した。研究者は今月初め、中国国家衛生健康委員会の発表資料をもとにＡＩ予測モデルを作ったと鳳凰網が４日付の記事で報じた。
研究陣は現在の傾向が続いた場合、８日に患者数が３万人を超え、１６日をピークに拡散傾向が下降に転じると予想した。１６日時点の患者数は４万２０００人～６万人水準と推算された。

国内で新型肺炎患者の治療に当たっている国立国際医療研究センター（東京都新宿区）の大曲貴夫・国際感染症センター長が4日、毎日新聞の取材に応じ、患者の様子や医療現場の課題について語った。大曲医師は患者の治療に抗HIV（エイズウイルス）薬を使ったことも明らかにした。
【新型肺炎の感染者数の推移】。
我々が持っている新型肺炎の印象は、中国で報道されているようなおどろおどろしいイメージとは大きく乖離（かいり）している。軽い感冒（風邪）から少し重いインフルエンザまでというくらいで、どんどん人が亡くなるという印象は持っていない。
具体的な臨床像を挙げると、ある患者は1月下旬に喉の痛みと鼻水の症状が出た。2日後に悪寒、37・1度の微熱。ウイルス検査すると陽性だった。肺炎にはなっていなかった。6日間ほど微熱が続き、本人は「だるいですね」と話していた。今は軽快している。
別の患者は、発熱翌日に受診した際は急性上気道炎と診断されて帰宅した。4日後も熱が下がらない。感冒の経過とは異なる。肺炎がないので帰したが、やはり解熱せず、3日後に再診。肺に影を認め、入院した。2日間は酸素吸入が必要な状況だったが、熱は下がり、だるさも取れた。肺炎の所見が出にくく上気道感染炎と見分けがつきにくいこと、感冒やインフルエンザよりも熱が長く続くということが見えてきた。
治療は基本的には対症療法だ。しっかり休んでもらうことが大切。1人の患者には抗HIV薬の投与を始めた。適応外なので、本人の同意を得て副作用がないか確認しながら慎重に使っている。しっかりデータを集めたい。
「一見、無症状」の人から感染が広がることはあり得ると思う。ただ、無症状と片付けられた人の中には、喉が赤いなど実際は症状があった可能性が否定できない。思い込むと、科学的に誤る。患者さんを丹念に診ることが我々の課題だ。
ウイルスについてまだ分からないことが多い現状では、軽い症例も丁寧に診てデータを集めることが大切だ。一方で、2009年の新型インフルエンザ流行時は、軽症者も病院などに押し寄せて医療が回らなくなったという教訓がある。ある程度の知見が集まったら、重症例を優先して治療する段階にギアチェンジする必要がある。
流行は5、6月まで続くという専門家もおり、日本にウイルスが定着する可能性も十分ある。中国の報道も我々が診ている患者もこの病気の一部で、全体像はまだ隠れている。正しい情報を得ながら、予防策として手洗いやせきエチケットを徹底してほしい。（談）。

（ＣＮＮ）　新型コロナウイルスによる感染症をめぐり、ドイツの衛生当局者らは４日、同国を訪れた潜伏期間中の中国人患者から感染が広がったとの報告に誤りがあったことを明らかにした。
この患者は上海在住の女性で、先月ドイツのバイエルン州に出張して現地の同僚らと接触し、帰りの機内で発症したとされていた。
その後、同じ会社で女性と直接接触した２人を含むドイツ人４人のコロナウイルス感染が確認された。症状が出る前の患者からうつった例として、独チームが先週、米医学誌ニューイングランド・ジャーナル・オブ・メディシン（ＮＥＪＭ）に報告していた。
しかし独当局者らはＣＮＮへのメールで、この報告が間違いだったと指摘。バイエルン州衛生当局と独ロベルト・コッホ研究所が中国語で本人に聞き取り調査をした結果、滞独中から背中の痛みなど軽い症状が出ていたとみられ、解熱剤を飲んでいたことが分かったという。
研究チームのメンバーによると、ＮＥＪＭの論文はドイツ人患者への聞き取り調査のみに基づく報告だった。
中国当局はこれまでに、コロナウイルスは無症状の患者からもうつる可能性があるとの立場を示していた。米疾病対策センターなども独チームの報告を引用し、無症状の段階でも感染はあり得ると述べていた。
一方、スウェーデンの公共保健当局はウェブサイト上で、潜伏期間でも感染するとの情報は誤りだったことが分かったと説明。「潜伏期間中の感染はあり得ない」と断言している。
世界保健機関（ＷＨＯ）は先週末、「少数のケースで無症状の患者から感染した可能性もあることは認識しているが、これはまれな例で、感染拡大の主な原因ではないかもしれない」との見解を示していた。
アメリカ人口３億５０００万人。
インフルエンザ患者の死亡者数、毎年１万２０００人以上。
１７～１８年、４５００万人感染、６万１０００人以上死亡。
１９～２０年は感染患者１５００万人、死亡者は８２００人であり今時点では過去最悪のペースの感染者数・死亡者数であり、今からピークを迎える。

新型コロナ肺炎は連日過剰報道し、アメリカのインフルエンザは全く報じないという偏向報道はマスメディアの病理である。
新型コロナウィルス、患者数・死亡者数、日々増加する。
あくまでも中国での数字であり、原因は武漢市の封鎖にある。
治療出来ないから患者数・死亡者数も増加する。
習近平の隠蔽・パフォーマンスの所為である。
突貫工事で二つ目の病院を完成させ、１３か所の大型収容施設にベッドを並べる。
医師・看護師・医療チームが足りない。
当初「潜伏期間中・無症状の状態でも人に感染する」というデマは「ウィルスの感染力が奇妙に強い」という恐怖を煽る。
患者本人が「潜伏期間・無症状」と思い込んでるだけであり「喉が赤くはれる」などの症状は出ている。
発症者から伝染している。
「濃厚接触」で感染するとは「同じ部屋で食事を共にするとウィルスが感染する」という意味であり、新型コロナウィルスが「飛沫感染」するという意味である。
未知の病気でもデータを積み重ねれば怖くなくなる。
悪質なのはテレビ報道である。
報道し始めるのは遅すぎ、一旦、報道し始めると悪戯にパニックを煽るヒステリック報道を繰り返す。
伝家の宝刀だな。
豪華クルーズ船ダイアモンドプリンセス号、乗客には高齢者が多いだろう。
船の中だから「濃厚接触」の機会も多かっただろう。
１０人の患者が発生しても何ら不思議ではない。
今朝、更に１０人の陽性患者が確認された。
最初の１０人は３０名中であり、今朝の１０人は７０名中である。
症状の重い患者の検体から検査しているので、妥当な患者数の推移だろう。
「感染爆発した豪華客船」が絵になるから、テレビ局が食い付いて悪騒ぎしている。
プリンセス号が大黒ふ頭に着岸すれば、医薬品・食料を補給するのは可能である。
着岸・補給を繰り返せばよい。
感染患者の為には既に救急車が待機している。
丘の孤島・武漢市はどうなる。
今、SNSで「武漢の政治家が医療用マスクを横領して自分の車のトランクに積み込む」場面が撮影され、拡散する。
武漢の政治家が３人処分された。
武漢市民に向かう飲食料品・医療防護用品・支援物資・救援物資が政府・中共赤十字・警察・宅配会社に横領・横流しされている。
テレビ局は武漢市に赴いて略奪行為を世界に発信すればよい。
エンデミック・エピデミック・パンデミックの順番で病気は爆発していく。
中国だけエピデミックしているのは習近平の武漢市封鎖と言う悪手による人災である。
アメリカのインフルエンザ同様、報道しないのはマスメディアが隠蔽に加担している証左である。
