日経平均２４０００円その時世界は

ウォールストリートジャーナル。
銀行券が消えている。
オーストラリア人の中には土に埋める人もいる。
スイス人はひょっとするとどこかに隠しているかもしれない。
ドイツ人はおそらくしまい込んでいる。
中央銀行がかつてないペースで発行しているにもかかわらず、銀行券は地球上から消えているようだ。
一体、紙幣はどこに行ったのか。
そしてなぜ消えているのか。
各国の中銀はその謎を解き明かそうとしている。
カード払いやスマートフォンのアプリを使った決済が人気となり、現金の出番が減っていることも考えると、なおさらわけが分からない。
米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）によると、2018年末のドルの現金流通高は約1兆7000億ドル（約185兆円）で、2013年末の1兆2000億ドルから増加した。
1ドル札の流通高は124億ドル、100ドル札は1兆3000億ドルだった。
FRBのエコノミスト、ルース・ジャドソン氏が2017年に発表した論文によると、2016年末にはドルの約60％、約9000億ドル相当が国外で保有されていた。
100ドル札に限れば国外保有分は約75％に上る。
特に金融システムの不安定化を経験した国では、米ドル札は経済混乱時の備えになるという。
オーストラリア準備銀行（中央銀行、RBA）のフィリップ・ロウ総裁によると、同国では経済規模に対する銀行券発行高の比率が約50年ぶりの高水準に達している。
総裁は最近のイベントで、国民1人につき約2000ドルの銀行券が存在する計算だが、「私個人の手元にはそこまで多くの紙幣はない」と語った。
中銀は好奇心を満たすためだけに現金の行方を追っているわけではない。
中銀が現金の流通量を把握していなければ、現金の過剰発行に陥り、インフレを引き起こす恐れがある。
オーストラリア東部のゴールドコーストでは最近、工事現場で推定14万ドルの現金が見つかり、警察が持ち主探しに乗り出した。
ドイツでは９月、裁判所がある男の訴えに判断を下した。
男は故障したボイラーの中に50万ユーロ（約6100万円）を超える現金を詰め込んでいた。
しかし休暇で留守中の寒い日に友達がボイラーを修理し、その現金は灰と化した。
男は同額の金銭と利息の支払いを求めて友達を訴えたが、認められなかった。
「人はあらゆる場所にお金を隠す」とドイツ連邦銀行（中央銀行）のスベン・ベルテルマン氏は言う。
庭に埋めた銀行券が腐り始めたり、屋根裏に隠しておいた紙幣がネズミの巣の材料にされたりすることもある。
封筒に入れておいた紙幣をシュレッダーにかけるアクシデントもよくあるという。
ドイツ中銀は国内に1500億ユーロを超えるたんす預金があると考えている。
RBAは火災で破損した銀行券からたんす預金の額を割り出すという異例の方法を取ることにした。
アナリストは火災による破損を理由に家庭から新券との交換申請があった金額に基づいて方程式まで編み出したが、RBAの想定と現実が必ずしも一致せず、うまくいかなかった。
「現金をためこんでいないと誰もが言うが、現金は間違いなくどこかにある」と欧州中央銀行（ECB）の通貨管理部門で発行・流通セクションを率いるヘンケ・エッセリンク氏は言う。
RBAは流通する銀行券のうち、日々の取引に使われているのは4分の1程度にとどまるとみている。
影の経済（シャドーエコノミー）――脱税や違法な支払い――では最大で8％が使用され、10％は紛失の可能性がある。
つまり76億豪ドル（約5700億円）がビーチやソファーに埋もれていることになる。
RBAのロウ総裁はオーストラリアでも、世界のどの地域でも、現金の最大の使い道はたんす預金だと指摘する。
スイス国立銀行（中央銀行）は紙幣の消耗度合いに目を付けた。
ため込まれた銀行券は日々の取引に使われていないため、消耗は少ないと考えられる。
スイスフランのため込みは2000年前後に急増していた。
背景には、コンピューターの誤作動が懸念された2000年問題やトッドコムバブルの崩壊、2001年9月11日の米同時多発テロ事件、ユーロの導入への不安があったとみられる。
2007年に金融危機が始まると、人々はさらに多くの紙幣をため込んだ。
ニュージーランドの新札のうち、2017年には国外流出分が約3分の1に上り、その4年前の6％から大幅に上昇した。
同国では同時期、観光業が酪農を抜いて同国最大の輸出産業となっており、ニュージーランド準備銀行（中央銀行、RBNZ）の関係者はアジアなどでの為替取引が関係しているとみている。
ほとんどの現金についてはそれ以上のことは分からず、RBNZが行き先を確認できたのは全体の約25％にとどまった。
RBNZのクリスチャン・ホークスビー総裁補は、多くの他の中銀でも状況は同じだろうとみている。
「なぜ現金の保有が増えているのか、現金はどこに流れているのか、十分な説明ができない」。

金曜日には何時もの海外勢に加えてみずほ証券・シティグループ証券・ドイツ証券が取引に参加し、３０００億円の買い越しが入っている。
当日２４０００円を突破し。
今日、２４０００円台を割り込む。
海外の大型投資家・機関投資家が大きく売り買いする割には日経株価の上昇が続かない。
オプション取引相場を見に行っても、この先、急騰する・暴落する素振りが無い。
値動きが消失している。
ウォール街には「わびさび」の精神が無い。
農林中央金庫・ゆうちょ銀行・三菱UFJがCLOを大量購入してアメリカの零細中小企業を救済している。
農林中央金庫６兆８０００億円・ゆうちょ銀行１兆円・三菱UFJが２兆５０００億円・三井住友銀行が７７０億円・みずほ銀行５０００億円・三井住友信託銀行３０４８億円・新生銀行数百億円。
日本人が貯蓄している銀行がCLOを購入し、アメリカの零細中小企業を支えている。
その恩返しに「せめて日経平均株価を買い支えます」というさり気ない気配りが欲しい。
ウォール街は恩を仇で返す。
日経平均株式市場をルーレットに見立ててギャンブルを打っている。
ウォール街の投資銀行同士が「ベアースターンズ・リーマンブラザーズ」を生贄にした１０年前のように日経株式市場をルーレットにしてつぶし合いに興じている。
ウォール街には大きすぎて潰せない投資銀行がひしめいているから、１、２行潰れれば自社は税金投入で生き残れる。
ロンドンシティがタックスヘイブンの富裕層のカネを投資している。
ウォール街はロンドンシティのような余裕がなく、「生き馬の眼を抜く」競争が必要なのだ。
アメリカ国内でやり合って貰いたい。
スイスバーゼルのBIS（国際決済銀行）も中央銀行の中央銀行であるが。
民間銀行である。
株主の利益優先の銀行である。
日経株式市場を舞台にしたウォール街の共喰い。
規制してくれる機関が、何処にも存在しない。
いっそ、「ブラッククリスマスで共倒れしろ」と言いたいが。
ウォール街の動向に日経株式市場が組み込まれており、日経株式市場の中にGPIFの年金積立金が組み込まれている。
将来の社会保障を人質に捕られている。
これがアベノミクスの愚の骨頂である。
